मी सुधीर महाडे टोकावडे ला फार्म साठी जागा शोधत असताना, मला ह्यांची ऍड पहिली आणि व्हिजिट साठी गेलो, जागा पहिली पसंद आली जागा पाहता पाहता मी  श्री. माळवे हयांना जागेच्या टायटल, बाकीच्या परमिशन बद्दल विचारले तेव्हा त्यांनी एक पूर्ण पेपर चा सेट माझा हातात ठेवला व सांगितले की हे जागेचे पेपर्स आहेत तुम्ही कोणाकडूनही व्हेरिफाय करवून घेऊ शकता, मी टोकन देण्यापूर्वी तीन दिवस मी पेपर व्हेरिफाय करून घेतले, पूर्ण जागा क्लिअर असुन, रेजिस्ट्रेशन, पूर्ण जागेला फेंसिन्ग फ्री ,  जागेत झाडे फ्री, जसं बोलणं झाल होत त्यापेक्षखूप छान पद्धतीने माळवे सर व  शशिकांत सर हयानी चांगाल मार्गदर्शन केले, वेळेत रेजिस्ट्रेशन, पूर्ण फेंसिन्ग सर्व कामे वेळेत पूर्ण करून दीली.

We were searching for a farmland to build a farmhouse/weekend home online. Mrs. Pranali from Acreages contacted us and shared the project details. The project violet park II is a state highway touched project but yet closed to nature at the foothills of Sahyadri mountain range. The location was awesome with picture perfect views. The location is also close to nearby marketplace Dhasai just 3 Km drive. Mr. Shani and their staff have come at my place and deal was finalized in one meeting. Since that we frequently visited the location, and the site executive Mr. Jaywant has help us a lot for plantation, borewell work by providing paid labors if needed. "Violet park phase 2" is a  very nicely located project in Murbad surrounded with beautiful nature at the foothill of sahyadri mountains with all the necessary amenities such as water, electricity, roads.its like our dream coming true by owning a plot there.
